Razi's research has recently focused on different topics in Astrophysics. She is particularly interested in various aspects of the observed gravitational waves by LIGO including the binary black holes and neutron stars mergers.

She is also eager to probe the star formation in the universe, look at the observational evidences of massive neutrinos in the LSS, various observational aspects of the dark matter and gravitational lensing.
