DESCRIPTION:<p>	 “Wave dark matter”</p><p>	A dark matter particle lighter than about 30 eV exhibits wave-like behavior in a typical galactic environment. We will discuss the particle physics motivations for such a light particle, in particular an axion or axion-like-particle. We will review the wave dynamics and phenomenology, and discuss the implications for astrophysical observations as well as experimental detection.</p>
