 **Jesse Han: Cold (1e4K) gas in the Galactic CGM**

 As simulations of the CGM become more sophisticated, there are increasingly more diverse predictions of the dynamical/physical state of the cold phase. Until future-generation X-ray telescopes come online, the cold phase is likely to remain the most "testable" ground for simulations. In this discussion, we will attempt to connect the diverse range of cold gas phenomena in simulations to directly observable predicti
